1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of LessonLoop. By creating an account, accessing the service, or using LessonLoop on behalf of a business or organization, you agree to these terms.
LessonLoop is operated by Zero To Build LLC. References to LessonLoop, we, us, or our mean Zero To Build LLC as the provider of the LessonLoop product.
2. The Service
LessonLoop provides software for golf coaches and students, including student profiles, lesson scheduling, recaps, video references, drills, comments, package tracking, and related workflow tools.
LessonLoop does not provide golf instruction, medical advice, financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, or payment-processing guarantees. Coaches are responsible for their instruction, business practices, student communications, and compliance obligations.
3. Accounts and Authorized Users
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You may only access student, coach, lesson, or video information that you are authorized to access.
4. Coach and Student Content
Coaches and students may upload or enter lesson notes, comments, videos, drills, round stats, contact details, and related information. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant Zero To Build LLC the limited rights needed to host, process, display, secure, and operate LessonLoop.
You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate permission to upload videos, names, contact information, student information, and other content.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use LessonLoop to violate laws, infringe rights, upload malicious code, access accounts without authorization, abuse students or coaches, interfere with the service, or store content that is unlawful, exploitative, or harmful.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
LessonLoop may offer paid subscriptions. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions are billed in advance and may renew automatically. LessonLoop currently focuses on coach-student workflow tools and may allow lesson payments to remain outside the product.
7. Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, discontinue, or change portions of LessonLoop as the product evolves. We aim to provide reliable service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
8. Disclaimers
LessonLoop is provided as is and as available to the maximum extent permitted by law. Zero To Build LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zero To Build LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.
